Summerhill Veterinary Clinic has been providing the highest standard of veterinary service to the people, and the animals, of North Tipperary since 1947. Partners Eamon and Aidan took over the clinic in 2016 and have worked hard to develop the practice to its current status as a very progressive large animal practice combined with a small animal clinic that excels in providing compassionate care to all your pets
Is one of our senior small animal vets. Aine is responsible for running the small animal clinic and is hugely passionate about giving your pet the best experience possible, whether in for just a check-up or major surgery. She is an excellent surgeon and also specialises in ultrasonography. Aine likes to play tennis in her spare time (the little of it that she has).
Jess joined our practice in May of 2021 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. She is an extremely competent large animal vet but has the talent of being an excellent small animal vet also. She has a keen interest in surgery and is very passionate about small animal surgery in particular.
Aimee is the beating heart of our small animal clinic. She regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty to offer an unparalleled level of care to your pets. Aimee runs our small animal laboratory, routinely getting to the bottom of your pets’ illness.
Aoife makes the quick journey from Limerick to Nenagh every day. She is passionate about surgery and the aftercare involved. Aoife treats every animal as if they were her own. She is also currently studying an advanced course in pet nutrition and is always ready to advise you on the right diet for your pet.
Marie-Threse Ryan is the Office Manager. She keeps everyone in line and is the reason that everything runs smoothly in the practice. If you have a problem, Marie-Threse will have the solution. She is the reason why you get your appointment in a timely fashion and why a vet will be on your farm as quickly as possible.
Martina is our front of house receptionist. Her warm, friendly personality combined with her work ethic has made her a firm favourite with small animal and large animal clients alike. She is also a registered veterinary nurse and will often be found helping out in the small animal clinic.
